<strong>Red Hill Cheddar</strong> &#8211; Is a creamy raw aged cheddar, aged a minimum of 4 months. A very labor intensive cheese, using the old, correct techniques of cutting curds into slabs,<span id="more-8"></span> and stacking them. Then the curds are cut by hand, salted then hooped.</p>
